pleasure.It is located on the City Wall next to Micklegate Bar, the old Royal Entrance to York, and is opposite the Nunnery which is now Micklegate Museum. The city centre with its famous Minster and Shambles is only a few minutes walk away. Although much of the Punch Bowl Hotel is 17th century, you’ll find the rooms have all the comforts you would expect from a modern hotel.
