We are able to provide full pre and post contact quantity surveying
services including various stage estimates, bills of quantities, tender
evaluation, valuations, cost control information and final account agreements.
In addition we are able to prepare specifications from either site briefings
or drawings. Specifications may be on a bespoke basis or NBS format.
CDM Planning Supervisor We are involved with a number of schemes, all
over the UK from London-Bristol-Newcastle.
Scheme values range from £50,000.00 to £9,000.00, involving new work,
alteration, airfield work and drainage schemes. The service is kept
up to date through Croner Publications, press and regular training.
Architectural Design We provide a full computer Aided Design (CAD) drawing
and design service.
We undertake work from small domestic schemes, through to medium sized
factory units of up to 6,000m2. Project Management We are working on
a number of schemes ranging from a large house/conversion value £200,000.00
to a roling shop fitting programme of up to 16 shops at one time with
a turnover of £400,000.00 per month.
Shop Fitting Design
We are providing a design service for a high street estate agency. To
date we have designed, organised and project managed up to 100 shops,
all over the UK.
